NIVELMIX AN-7 is a self-leveling mortar ready to use, easy to apply, Portland cement based, polymers and selected aggregates.
Uses
• For leveling and regularization of concrete surfaces;
• To cover ceramic and wood floors;
• Floors covers with NIVELMIX AN-7 can receive vinyl tiles, epoxy and polyurethane painter finishing 48 hours after the application;
Limitations
• Do not use when the substrate temperature is or will be in the next 24 hours below 41°F or above 100°F.
Substrate Preparation
• All substrate must be dry, structurally sound, solid, clean and free of any substances which may avoid or reduce adhesion.
• All substrate must properly prime for a successful installation. The primer must to be applyed with a soft push broom.
• Priming concrete – prime with PRIMER PR-5, dilute in 1 part of water;
• In the case of extremely absorbent concrete or porous apply two coats. The first with PRIMER PR-5, dilute in 3 part of water. Allow to dry 1 to 3 hours and apply the second coat with PRIMER PR-5, dilute in 1 part of water;
• Allow to dry to a clean, thin film. From 3 to 24 hours.
NIVELMIX AN-7 Preparation
• Mix two bags of 55 lb of NIVELMIX AN-7 in 3 gal of water;
• Slowly add NIVELMIX AN-7 to water while mixing with a mixing paddle “Bautech-B1” and a heavy-duty 1/2” electric drill. Thoroughly mix for 2 - 3 minutes to a lump-free consistency.
Placement
Pour or pomp the NIVELMIX AN-7, then spread with a long-handled gauged spreader B5. Will seek it own level during the first 10 minutes.
Liberation
• Walking time 12 hours after the application;
• For any type of paint job, 48 hours after the placement.

Caution
Contains Aluminates. Freshly mixed cement products may cause skin injury. Avoid contact with skin when possible and wash exposed areas promptly with water. If any product gets in the eye, rinse immediately with water. Wear a dust mask, eye protection, and rubber gloves.
Warranty
Bautech warrants this product is free from manufacturing defects and the warranty extension is limited to the product’s purchasing price, only if proved to be defective and when used as recommended. There is no other warranty expressed or implicit and no salesman, agent, distributor or dealer has the authority to extend, modify or suppress these provisions.
